Securing the Right Tenant

• We will match a potential tenant against your specified criteria, such as pet, smokers etc, and then conduct viewings.
• Once a suitable tenant(s) has been found, we will complete a comprehensive reference check, involving past/present employment, financial stability, previous addresses, previous landlord, credit check, county court judgement analysis, credit scoring, confirmation of electoral roll status and personal background.
• Once the potential tenant has passed our reference checks we present our findings to you, the landlord, at which stage we will arrange a moving in date and prepare an appropriate lease.
