We purchased a property from next2buy and found them efficient, professional and friendly.  We then, for reasons unknown, used another agent to initially market our property when we came to sell it.  After the tie-in period had ended, and our property had not sold, we returned to next2buy who, again, were at the end of the phone at all times and oversaw the sale with minimum fuss or stress.  I would only ever use/recommend this agency.

Next2Buy exceeded all expectations!!!     Next2Buy we’re excellent, especially Lorna. They went above and beyond in finding us a buyer, using local contacts from other letting agents they were able to find us our first buyer within a short space of time. We unfortunately lost our buyer but Next2buy to buy wasted no time in finding us a new buyer within days. Not only that, we were sent regular updates on new properties to the market which matched our criteria exactly.
